CUSTOMER SATISFACTION POLICY

Subject to these terms, we offer a customer satisfaction guarantee window, if you are not satisfied with the service, in a period within 48 hours of the service being provided please do get in contact with us to be able to evaluate the results so that we can provide an amendment of the service.

We take responsibility for damage we may cause while cleaning the panels. In the event you discover damage, either to your solar panels or another portion of your home, we will provide options to repair the damage. Proof the damage was not prior to the service is required. In the event your solar panels are not working after a service you will need to provide performance monitoring from before and after the service.
